Many documents are now online, as indicated below. Note that there are 12 documents that must be completed and returned by Friday, August 24th in your child's classroom.

Online Payments for Cafeteria Lunches - My School Bucks Note: You will need your child's student I.D. number to register for this program. For returning families, your child's report cards list the student I.D. number. For new families, please ask your child's teacher for the I.D. number.

Please check off below that you have included these items in your envelope when you return it to your teacher by Friday, August 25th. There should be 9 documents returned in your packet.

Joint Donation Envelope: Please enclose 2 checks per family - 1 check to Grant for supplies and 1 to SMMEF for staff. Complete and insert into the envelope included.
Emergency Cards (Grades 1-5 ONLY): Please download and complete 2 cards per student, and sign. This is a fillable form.
PTA Membership: Write your check to Grant PTA – 1 per adult member who is joining
